Liz and I are proud of our guesthouse, where there is always a warm welcome.We are ideally located in West Edinburgh on the Queensferry Road (A90) with easy access to the city centre, airport, the Forth Road Bridge (gateway to the highlands), the city by-pass, Rosyth Ferry terminal, and motorway networks to the rest of Scotland.

We have our own car park, private garden and a current fire certificate. Residents lounge with access to the garden. Computer with free internet access in the hall.

All bedrooms have central heating, flat screen free view TV, free access to wi-fi internet, hair drier and coffee and tea making facilities. Laundry and ironing facilities are available on request. We have 4 bedrooms, three of which are en-suite and the other room has a private shower room out of the bedroom.We have a ramp entrance making it ideal for elderly or disabled guests. We are registered with the Scottish tourist board and have been awarded 3 stars.

We are open all year round.
